Job Summary:

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process in a manpower outsourcing environment. This role requires sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to clients, as well as building strong talent pipelines and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and job requirements

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals

  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and feedback sessions between candidates and clients

  • Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and market trends

  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates

  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations

  • Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Reports on Hiring, Attrition and Separation with Analysis and Metrics

  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters as needed
