Job Summary

The HR Officer is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role plays a key part in shaping a positive workplace culture, supporting employee development, and aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances, concerns, and feedback
  • Oversee performance management systems and conduct regular evaluations
  • Design and maintain compensation and benefits programs based on market research
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs through Management
  • Maintain HR files and employee records
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (typically 5+ years)
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Certification in HR (e.g., CHRP)
