Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm NSW, AU Time or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PH Time/6:00 AM – 2:30 PM PH Time (During DST)

Holiday to follow: NSW, AU Holidays

Workdays: Mon - Fri

Work Set-up: Work From Home or office.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Freight Forwarding Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating logistics, managing compliance requirements, and delivering excellent customer service within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate end-to-end logistics including air, sea, and land freight, booking cargo space, and arranging warehousing and final delivery.

· Prepare and process shipping, customs, and insurance documentation, ensuring compliance with international regulations.

· Negotiate competitive rates with carriers and provide accurate cost estimates for clients.

· Proactively identify and resolve issues such as shipment delays or customs complications.

· Act as the primary client contact, providing timely updates, tracking information, and resolving inquiries.

Skills and Experience Required

· Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in freight forwarding or logistics.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Attention to detail with proven ability to handle documentation and compliance accurately.

· Solid knowledge of logistics software and global trade regulations.

· Customer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

Desirable

· Experience working with both import and export processes.

· Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade practices.
