Position: Content Specialist (Remote)

Are you a creative thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for content creation? Our dynamic Content Team is looking for a fresh new member to bring energy, ideas, and collaboration to the table

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with our U.S.-based team to produce engaging and high-quality content.
  • Support daily tasks through MS Office, Photoshop, Teams, Jira, and Support Ticket Desk.
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize content processes and improve efficiency.
  • Participate in team discussions, share ideas, and provide constructive feedback.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Positive attitude and strong team spirit
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic Photoshop skills
  • Familiarity with Teams, Jira, and support ticket systems is a plus
  • Open to learning and working with AI platforms
  • Reliable, organized, and proactive

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, remote
  • Must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (Miami/New York) — typically between 12 PM to 9 PM PH time, adjustable based on team coverage
