- College graduate
- At least 1-2 years experience in the same capacity
- Willing to work in Bacoor, Cavite
Job Description:
- Prepare correspondences, scheduling meetings, handling information requests and other similar functions for the Management
- Renewal of company accreditations, membership, and insurance etc.
- Purchasing of Admin supplies and coordinating with the suppliers
- Gathering documentary requirements for client or government compliance purposes
- Providing general and clerical support to any department as needed
- Enrolling & monitoring company cellphone plans and providing support if needed
- Prepare monthly and year end reports of summary and key performance metrics, as agreed with immediate supervisor
- Any other related and reasonable duties which may be required by your immediate supervisor
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
