Job Summary
The Administrative Staff is responsible for providing both operational and administrative support to ensure smooth office and field activities. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, assisting in device deployment and installation, handling client concerns, and managing day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Support
- Maintain and update inventory records of devices and equipment.
- Prepare devices for deployment and installation.
- Identify suitable labor points or locations for installation, including remote or rural areas.
- Scan SIM cards and devices for proper documentation and tracking.
- Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Office & Administrative Support
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment, including managing office supplies and equipment.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Input and update data in databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide support to staff and management with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, managing calendars, and coordinating events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up on action items.
- Identify and address administrative issues proactively, suggesting improvements for processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in administrative or operations support roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with database management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt to dynamic work environments.
- Willingness to assist with field-related tasks when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php21,000.00 per month
