Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle Recruitment:

"Manage the entire recruitment process—from sourcing and screening candidates, to conducting interviews, facilitating hiring decisions, handling orientation, and overseeing deployment."

  • Sourcing and Networking:

Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, professional networks) to attract and engage top talent.

Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.

  • Candidate Assessment:

Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

Administer tests and assignments as needed to evaluate technical and soft skills.

  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.

Provide guidance on market trends, talent availability, and competitive landscape.

  • Candidate Experience:

Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Communicate effectively with candidates and provide timely updates on their application status.

  • Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Generate and analyze recruitment reports to inform decision-making.
