Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Write and post job descriptions on various platforms .
  • Source candidates using databases, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a strong employer brand.
  • Participate in career fairs, job expos, and other networking events.
  • Stay up-to-date on hiring trends, industry news, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency) preferred.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
