Recruiter/HR Recruitment Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
- Write and post job descriptions on various platforms .
- Source candidates using databases, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a strong employer brand.
- Participate in career fairs, job expos, and other networking events.
- Stay up-to-date on hiring trends, industry news, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency) preferred.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of labor legislation is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
