About the Role

We're looking for a Head of Business Development to lead eTAP's growth and partnership strategy. The ideal candidate is a fintech-savvy sales leader with 10+ years of experience and proven mastery of Revenue Performance Management (RPM) — aligning marketing, sales, and operations to achieve measurable, scalable revenue results.

What You'll Do
  • Drive overall business development and revenue growth strategy for eTAP.
  • Implement RPM frameworks to align all revenue-driving teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end revenue funnel — from lead generation to retention.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, and enterprise clients.
  • Use data and analytics to forecast, optimize, and report on performance.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing BD team that delivers tangible results.

What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or revenue leadership in fintech, banking, or payments.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in RPM.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of digital payment systems, partnerships, and fintech trends.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus).
