Job description:

Position: Gaming Community and Social Media Officer

Department: Community and Social Media Team

Work Setup: Onsite (Muntinlupa)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve Discord channel-related issues; recommend improvement strategies.
  • Invite and onboard new members to the Discord server.
  • Plan, organize, and follow up on community events, including writing announcements and distributing prizes.
  • Structure and optimize server channels for better engagement.
  • Conduct moderator interviews and coordinate with moderation teams.
  • Respond to player and community inquiries and gather feedback.
  • Monitor and manage public sentiment within the server.
  • Handle official social media pages across Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Develop content calendars and creative concepts for campaigns and community engagement.
  • Write engaging post copy, schedule content, and ensure timely publishing.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and audience sentiment.
  • Engage with followers and maintain a positive brand presence.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Attend meetings with partners or clients to align on goals and updates.
  • Provide accurate and timely work progress reports to the Head or immediate supervisor.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Department Head.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong interest in community management and social media marketing
  • Familiarity with Discord and major social platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative, proactive, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate with the team
  • Previous experience in online communities, events, or social media (through internships, school projects, or freelance work) is a plus, but not required
  • Must be willing to work fully onsite at our Cupang, Muntinlupa office
