We're looking for a passionate Operations and Social Media Associate for a startup in the aesthetics industry, offering innovative solutions in skincare, wellness spaces, and related beauty services

The Operations and Social Media Associate will provide essential support in both administrative and online marketing functions. This role involves managing the company's social media presence, assisting in day-to-day operational tasks, and ensuring timely and professional communication with clients. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and willing to learn new tools and processes to contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain company social media pages (especially Facebook and other platforms).
  • Create engaging content and assist in developing marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor page activity, respond promptly to messages, and engage with followers courteously.
  • Assist in creating and managing paid social media advertisements (or be open to training on this).
  • Perform administrative and operational support tasks as assigned.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Support the management team in monitoring project progress and client requests.
  • Prepare basic reports and assist in documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field
  • Flexible with work schedule and willing to render overtime when required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in social media management or related roles.
  • Knowledge in Facebook Ads Manager and other digital platforms is an advantage (training can be provided).
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Able to stay composed under pressure and maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and positive work attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills (Filipino; basic English proficiency preferred).
  • A team player with initiative and strong attention to detail.
  • Preferably with experience in administrative or operations-related tasks.

Work details:

  • Work-from-Home until November 2025; On-site in Alabang thereafter
  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
