Social Media and Content Specialist

Responsible for maintaining the brand's social media platforms, consistently providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement, and help building relationships with on-brand KOLs and content creators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ideate, design and execute social media strategies, and produce static assets and reels for various digital platforms of the brand (proficient with Photoshop, Canva, and Capcut or other mobile editing tools)
  • Monitor and review organic social content metrics, and ensure reach and engagement growth based on data-driven insights
  • Research, pitch, and engage with relevant KOLs and content creators
  • Consistently come up and propose creative ideas for social media content and mini-campaigns, not just based on trends but more importantly, based on what resonates with our target market
  • Stay updated on current trends, viral topics, best practices and audience behavior on social platforms

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field and experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, content creation and/or similar fields
  • Extensive knowledge of both basic and professional design and mobile editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Capcut, etc.
  • Strong skills in captivating visual content creation and compelling copy writing
  • Basic knowledge of media buying and paid ads is a plus
  • Passionate about digital content and has a good "pulse" on how to engage audiences
  • A balance of creative and analytical mindset
