Job Summary
The Social Media & Recruitment Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen employer branding, increase talent pipeline, and expand brand visibility across digital platforms. This role manages content strategy, social media presence, recruitment campaigns, community engagement, and analytics to support hiring goals and overall brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Marketing
- Partner with Talent Acquisition (TA) to understand hiring needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns for hard-to-fill roles.
- Create compelling recruitment ads, job posting visuals, and campaign content to increase applicant flow.
- Manage paid job advertisements on LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, JobStreet, and other sourcing platforms.
- Track and optimize ad performance and cost per lead; recommend strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Develop employer branding content (employee testimonials, culture-related videos, success stories).
- Support recruitment events, job fairs, campus hiring, and virtual hiring initiatives by developing digital promotional materials.
Social Media & Brand Management
- Plan, curate, and execute multi-platform content strategies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube).
- Build and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with brand campaigns and recruitment goals.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with the online community to build brand loyalty.
- Execute boosting and targeted ads on social media platforms; monitor performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Communications, Multimedia, TA) to ensure consistency of messaging and visual identity.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report performance of social media and recruitment campaigns using analytics tools.
- Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to improve content and campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain dashboards to measure engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or recruitment marketing.
- Experience working with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showing executed marketing or recruitment campaigns.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience in employer branding or HR marketing.
- Familiarity with recruitment funnels and lead generation analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO and basic website or career page optimization.
