Social Media Manager

G Productions, Inc. is looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end social media needs of GPI clients, specifically G Studios and Da Gianni. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and overall digital growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the objectives of G Studios and Da Gianni.
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and schedule high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content (graphics, videos, copywriting, and interactive media).
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, and production) to produce compelling multimedia content.
- Monitor social media trends, industry shifts, and audience behaviors to implement innovative and effective campaigns.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Analyze performance metrics using analytics tools to track engagement, reach, and conversion, optimizing campaigns based on insights.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and key events.
- Work closely with clients to understand their branding goals, ensuring their digital presence aligns with their business objectives.
- Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations for both G Studios and Da Gianni.
- Stay updated with the latest platform algorithms and best practices to maximize organic and paid reach.
- Oversee social media advertising campaigns, ensuring budget efficiency and ROI maximization.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a creative or F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for content aesthetics and branding.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar).
- Experience in social media advertising, influencer marketing, and community management.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret social media performance.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with production companies and/or the food & beverage industry.
- Knowledge of SEO and website traffic metrics.
- Familiarity with brand partnerships and sponsorships.
