Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead our field service technicians and production assemblers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of field service technicians and production assemblers, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving complex engineering issues.

  • Oversee the assembly, installation, and maintenance of [specific products or systems].- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and safety.

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all work performed, including reports, records, and procedures.

  • Analyze data and identify trends to improve processes and prevent future issues.

  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.

  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

  • Willingness to extend time beyond office hours to meet project deadlines and address urgent issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

  • Strong technical knowledge of [specific engineering field].

  • Solid understanding of basic electricity and lighting systems.

  • Proficiency in documentation processes and reporting.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities.
