JOB SUMMARY:

Lead and supervise production operations while following established SOPs to meet food safety, quality standards, production targets, and safety requirements. Ensure efficiency and yield targets are met by using resources wisely and maintaining product quality.

Resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement in assigned areas. Train and guide team members to improve their skills and performance.

Work closely with other departments such as Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics, Quality, Planning, and R&D to ensure smooth and successful production operations.

QUALIFFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any engineering related courses;
  • Preferably Licensed Engineer;
  • With experience is a plus;
  • Has Process Discipline;
  • Good Problem Solving and Analytical Skills;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • General Santos City 9500 P12: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
