DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures full compliance with the safety policies of plants at all times.
  • Able to conduct training sessions to develop and upskill maintenance team members.
  • Collaborates effectively with other departments to align team activities and support operational goals.
  • Actively initiates and promotes a continuous improvement mindset within the team.

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Strong ability to plan and delegate maintenance activities based on priority, including Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), improvements, projects, and various operational tasks.
  • Skilled in identifying root causes of equipment malfunctions, with a focus on electrical systems.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage people effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates ethical conduct at all times—acts with honesty, fairness, and integrity; respects others, honors commitments, and adheres to the company's Code of Ethics.
