Production Engineering Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • The candidate must be a graduate of industrial technology or any engineering course.
  • at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing supervisory role

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews all global standards and checks their applicability to internal and local standards.
  • Reviews and properly implements the system procedures, guidelines, work instructions, and workmanship standards of the section.
  • Reviews and properly implements annual action plans and targets for the section.
  • Reviews the daily checking and repair history of the retrieved check sheet monthly.
  • Monitors and properly implements activities and special projects to achieve monthly downtime targets.
  • Reviews and properly implements the annual preventive maintenance (PM) schedule.
  • Reviews drawings and layouts for layout bars and one set of supplies.
  • Assigns manning for set-up activities and monitors the status of activities.
  • Evaluates and approves sewn, fabricated, and welded materials to be used for line set-up.
  • Implements detection, analysis, and countermeasures for hard-to-pass and problematic jigs.
  • Manages the progress of the implementation of Kaizen.
  • Monitors all information necessary to ensure compliance with SKT implementation.
  • Reviews and evaluates the Design Change Notice (DCN).
  • Properly implements training and skill-up of all PE Staff and Associates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
