JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for creating technical drawings based on approved design and other technical specifications in the Designs Department.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Analyzes building specifications, codes and sites.

  2. Prepares shop drawings using CAD software that incorporate exact measurements, calculations and other construction details.

  3. Conducts site visits to perform actual measurements of project details.

  4. Collaborates with Architects and Site Engineers to ensure adherence to building specifications and industry regulations.

  5. Performs all other graphic designs from scratch to print-out as may be required by the company.

  6. In-charge and performs other graphic design request for the company like safety signages needed in the project.

  7. Assists in monitoring in construction activities as may be assigned by immediate supervisor.

OTHERS:

  1. Accepts any other task as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor in accordance to the need of the department.

  2. Keeps immediate supervisor informed of work needs other than ordinary routine handling.

  3. Attends to training programs and learning sessions for the enhancement of professional and technical proficiencies.

  4. Actively participates and contributes to the development and accomplishment of department objectives.

  5. Upholds and promotes the good name of the company in all transactions with superiors, co-employees, clients, suppliers, and other external parties as necessary on matters of mutual concerns.

  6. Creates and preserves the most favorable image of the company by conducting all functions in the most ethical and fair manner consistent with the company's mission, vision, goals and core corporate values.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Education : Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture /Major in Drafting.

Experience : At least one year work experience

Other Skills : Good in oral and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up applications

and other related applications

Cost Estimating skills is a plus

Able to work independently and in a team

Analytical and Problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php600.00 per day
