
Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive team.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Serve as the point of contact between the executives, staff, clients, and suppliers.
- Organize business travel arrangements for executives and VIP clients, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries.
- Maintain a filing system of important and confidential documents.
- Conduct research and prepare briefing materials as requested.
- Support travel agency administrative operations and events when required.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as needed to ensure efficient office management and executive support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Experience in the travel or tourism industry is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
