We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for our household FMCG brands. This role is perfect for a results-driven professional with a solid background in brand management, consumer marketing, and trade activation within the FMCG or manufacturing sectors.

You will be responsible for developing brand strategy, overseeing market research, managing advertising and promotions, and collaborating with Sales and R&D to drive brand growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with overall business and sales objectives
  • Manage the full marketing mix, including ATL, BTL, digital, PR, and trade marketing
  • Drive the development, positioning, and lifecycle management of new and existing products
  • Conduct consumer, category, and competitor analyses to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and R&D to execute impactful campaigns and product launches
  • Oversee the creative development of marketing materials and manage relationships with external agencies
  • Track and optimize brand budgets, marketing performance, and campaign ROI
  • Strengthen brand equity and visibility across general trade and modern trade channels
  • Lead and mentor a small team of marketing professionals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of marketing experience in FMCG, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity
  • Proven track record in brand management, campaign execution, and trade marketing
  • Strong foundation in consumer insights, market research, and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience managing creative and media agencies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools
  • Creative, strategic thinker with strong business acumen and keen attention to detail
  • Willingness to work onsite and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php120, Php150,000.00 per month
