Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to spearhead our growth initiatives, expand market reach, and strengthen client relationships. This role requires a balance of strategic marketing, lead generation, and hands-on sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote software solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across industries.
  • Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the product and technical teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing).
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing (preferably in software/IT solutions).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and B2B sales is an advantage.
