Role Purpose & Environment

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive PMO Manager to support our operational acceptance processes. This role involves allocating tasks to multiple team members, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of operational acceptance activities. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Task Allocation & Coordination

• Assign operational acceptance tasks to appropriate team members based on availability.

• Maintain and update task allocation schedules and documentation.

Progress Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor task progress and follow up with assignees to ensure deadlines are met.

• Maintain dashboards or tracking tools to provide visibility into task status.

• Prepare regular status reports for management and stakeholders.

Communication & Support

• Act as a central point of contact for operational acceptance queries.

• Facilitate communication between teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings related to operational acceptance activities.

Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure all operational acceptance documentation is complete, accurate, and stored appropriately.
• Support compliance with internal standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

  • At least 7-10 years experience in a Project Admin Manager or PMO role for Operational Acceptance
  • Any bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge in Telecommunications and Network Operations is highly desired
  • Prior experience in a Telco company is highly desired
