We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Telecommunications (Telco) Account. This role is open to fresh graduates and career shifters who want to start or grow in the BPO industry. Paid training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries regarding telco products, services, billing, and technical concerns.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues with professionalism.
  • Handle complaints and ensure excellent customer service in every interaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately using internal systems.

Qualifications:

  • C1 CEFR level with good to excellent English communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules
  • HS/SHS Graduate (depending on the account)
  • Must be 18 years old and above (legal age)
  • Must be currently residing within Metro Manila
  • College undergraduates or graduates of any course are welcome to apply
  • High school graduates (Old Curriculum) or SHS graduates (New Curriculum) accepted
  • With or without call center experience
