General Description:

Project Management Office Test Manager will act as the centralized support for PMO and its stakeholders by providing administrative, analytical and coordination work. This role ensures smooth support/compliance to PM processes, data analysis and reporting, and coordination of internal PMO process improvement initiatives.

Program/Project Deliverables:

• Define the scope, approach, resources and schedule for the testing activities across multiple projects

• Develop test plans, test strategy etc. and create necessary documentation in alignment with project goals.

• Help build Client relationships by effective communication, timely escalations and being on top of end-to-end QA delivery lifecycle

• Create metrics' trends, quality health report and status reports to help with reporting across projects · Review all test artifacts created by teams, manage peer review process and ensure all best practices are adhered to.

• Implement testing best practices and methodologies

• Document & implement tools & techniques for QA process

• Set clear objectives, delegate tasks, and manage the day-to- day operations of the QA team(s) across single or multiple projects

• Oversee the defect lifecycle, ensuring that defects are properly logged, prioritized, and resolved in collaboration with the test lead, Client and development team. · Incorporate the lessons learnt from past projects to improve the future testing strategy.

• Conduct audits on QA documentation for projects to adhere to delivery excellence standards · Able to work in an environment with shifting priorities and multiple competing demands

• Conduct walkthroughs, defect triage and manage client facing activities from QA's side

• Carry out performance management for all vendor-related evaluations.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Submission of Sign off Test management Plan

• Submission of sign off UAT Master pack

• Submission of UAT reports weekly

• Submission of Test completion sign off (UT, SIT, UAT, Regression, Stress testing) across all projects

Test Manager Deliverables:

• Develop and document application test plans based on system requirements and technical specifications involved in the project.

• Author User Acceptance test Master pack

• Execution, Monitoring and Management (Issue / Defect Reporting and Tracking; Progress Tracking and Reporting; Test Risk and Issue Reporting; Regular UAT Calls, Draft of UAT Summary Result)

• Coordinate testing process to different stakeholder involved with testing

• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other testing related events

• Manage and monitor day to day deliverables of testers to assigned project

• Expected to perform resource management, of testers assigned, and escalate to Quality Assurance (QA) Lead for any issue (over or under) manpower allocation, based on demand from projects assigned to the Tower (BT PMO)

• Run / organize regular UAT Preview and UAT Calls, as part of Preparation and Execution

• Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.

• Reviews client, customer, and user feedback

• Present exit report to close the testing phase of the project

• Submission of Test plan 15 days after project Kick

• Submission of User Acceptance Test Master pack 30 days after project Kick Off

• Submission of Commplan 10 days prior Kick Off

• Successful delivery testing through presentation of

User Acceptance Sign off

• Submission of daily Issue tracking and Defect reporting
