Job Summary

The Process Analyst for a transformation program for Telco & Media will be responsible for evaluating, designing, documenting, and enhancing business processes to support the delivery of a new target operating model. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across business and IT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Design & Documentation
  • Design, evaluate, and document current and future-state processes, policies, and procedures using standard methodologies (e.g., BPMN, swimlanes, RACI).
  • Ensure process documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices (e.g., eTOM).
  • Analysis & Alignment
  • Assess process dependencies across people, processes, systems, tools, and organizational structures.
  • Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities; recommend solutions for efficiency and simplification.
  • Monitor alignment of process designs with enabling systems/tools and flag potential customization needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with business, IT, and functional teams to validate requirements and secure alignment on processes.
  • Facilitate workshops, scenario-based walkthroughs, and trainings to help users understand and adopt new processes.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to leadership and working teams.
  • PMO Support
  • Work with the TOM WS Lead and PMO team to ensure deliverables are tracked, dependencies are managed, and timelines are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in process analysis, business analysis, or process management.
  • Strong background in process documentation, design, and policy/procedure development.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications operations (ISP/OSP, BSS/OSS, commercial operations, etc.).
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as eTOM, BPM.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking with structured problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in process documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in PMO or transformation programs within telecom.
  • Exposure to Target Operating Model (TOM) or organizational design work.
  • Understanding of telecom network and infrastructure concepts and processes.
  • Understanding of change management principles and process adoption strategies.
  • Ability to lead discussions, align cross-functional teams, and deliver structured, professional outputs.
  • Strong writing skills for developing clear deliverables.

Pay: Php50, Php75,000.00 per month
