Your Role:
As a Customer Care Consultant, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring first-call resolution where possible.
- Educate customers on Maxxia and RemServ products, services, and self-service tools.
- Assist with account amendments, basic tax-related queries, and troubleshooting customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Follow a hybrid workflow, switching between administrative tasks and calls as required.
What You Need:
Non negotiables
- Previous experience in a Customer Service Representative role. (Voice)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (B2 level or higher).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and multiple IT systems.
- Basic competency in mathematics and handling account-related calculations.
Preferred skills/expertise
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or banking.
- Familiarity with salary packaging and novated leasing products.
- Ability to work across multiple systems and deliver excellent customer experience.
