About the role

IPM Construction & Dev. Corp. is seeking a talented Recruitment Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting in the sourcing, screening and selecting process of top talent to support the manpower needs of our organization. This is a full-time position based in our office in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist the Recruitment Specialist in the recruitment process
  • Coordinate with the hiring managers for the arrangement of the applicant's interview
  • Actively source, screen and evaluate candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and your professional network
  • Conduct phone interviews and identify the best-fit candidates for the next application process
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the company's ongoing hiring needs
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Update the Applicant Tracking records on a monthly basis

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated success in a same role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on delivering results
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
  • A proactive, customer-service oriented mindset and a genuine passion for talent acquisition
  • Background in AI is an advantage
