Overview : Responsible in ensuring effective and timely sourcing, selection, placement and

integration of people with the right character and competence to deliver the

company's goals and objectives

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and recruitment assistants.
  • Monitor daily activities and performance of the recruitment team.
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to recruitment staff.

2. Handle and Facilitate Recruitment Process

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (e.g. job boards, social media, employee referrals).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.

3. Interdepartmental Collaboration

  • Partner with department managers to determine current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interview processes, ensure alignment with job requirements, and support hiring decisions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and job platforms.

4. Reporting Analysis

  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
  • Prepare regular recruitment reports for HR leadership and provide insights for improvements.
  • Analyze hiring trends and propose adjustments to workforce planning.

5. Employer Branding

  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and industry networking events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
