JOB PURPOSE

Primarily responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process of the company and meticulously handling the creation, recording, and secure maintenance of all new employee records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

I. Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Job Posting and Sourcing
  • Candidate Management
  • Offer and Pre-Onboarding
  • New Hire Orientation and Induction

II. Employee Data Management and Record-Keeping

  • Employee File Maintenance
  • HR Information System Management
  • Confidentiality and Compliance

III. Personnel Management

  • Guide and lead recruitment assistants in hiring for entry-level positions.

IV. Others

  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in AB/BS Psychology, Human Resources Management, Sociology, or equivalent.
  • With at least 3 yrs. work-related experience in recruitment, particularly hiring of key positions in the organization.
  • Must be knowledgeable in recruitment best practices and targeted selection techniques.
  • Has excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • With the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt recruitment approaches based on evolving needs.
