Job Summary:

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to support our high-volume hiring needs, primarily for blue-collar positions. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. While prior recruitment experience is an advantage, it is not required—we value individuals with strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending qualified candidates for various blue-collar roles.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job postings, referrals, social media, and community networks.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and recruitment timelines.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews (initial and/or final, as required).
  • Assist in pre-employment requirements and onboarding process of selected candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and updated recruitment records and reports.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment processes to achieve hiring targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience: With or without prior recruitment experience; exposure to volume hiring or agency recruitment is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict hiring deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with recruitment platforms is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to handle bulk or high-volume recruitment.
  • Knowledge of blue-collar hiring strategies and sourcing techniques.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
