  • Analyze business structures, processes, procedures, and resource utilization.
  • Consult with management and leadership to identify and improve business processes.
  • Develop methodologies for data formatting, analysis, and management reporting.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives and create effective planning methods.
  • Assist Organization Development & Performance Management Supervisors in implementing the company's performance appraisal process.
  • Design and execute organizational effectiveness interventions.
  • Create and maintain competency models for job descriptions.
  • Recommend and facilitate team-building activities and workshops.
  • Lead organizational changes, including updates to organizational charts and business unit structures.
  • Develop metrics to assess alignment of performance management with organizational goals.
  • Diagnose organizational problem areas and recommend solutions.
  • Recommend training and development programs based on KPI and scorecard results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Organizational Development and Performance Management.
  • Proven track record in implementing change management and organizational development initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with Performance Management Systems, organizational structure design, and talent management.
  • Willing to work onsite in Upper McKinley, Taguig City.
  • Work schedule:
    Monday to Friday
