Salary: Php18,000-Php25,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree holder
Open for Fresh Graduates
With 1-2 years administrative/secretarial experience is an advantage
Amenable to attend interviews
Can start as soon as pssible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carry out daily secretarial duties in the office.
Prepare basic secretarial reports as required.
Act as a liaison to support company operations when needed.
Respond to inquiries from various internal and external correspondences.
Receive and document incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Manage filing and upkeep of the office administration filing system.
Assist with administrative accounting tasks, including handling, recording, and filing vouchers, receipts, and other documents.
Provide support to the General Affairs and HR departments.
Assist Company Management and managers within the General Administration Department.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies.
Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and orderly.
Maintain a professional appearance and warmly welcome company visitors.
Perform other related duties as assigned periodically.
Support administrative accounting duties such as managing, recording, and filing vouchers, receipts, and documents.
