Job Description:
- Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks in the office.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and files.
- Assist in monitoring office supplies and inventory.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Support other departments with paperwork and coordination needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Business related course.
- With or without experience.
- Knowledgeable in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills,
