Miescor Logistics, Inc. (MLI), a subsidiary of Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corporation (MIESCOR), was established in 2001. The company holds a "AA" category license from the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) for general building and provides high-quality general and logistics services in construction, maintenance management, transportation, and manpower. MLI's Building Facilities Maintenance Unit is ISO 9001:2015 certified and supports over 300 vehicles, nearly 1,000 pieces of equipment, and employs approximately 2,600 individuals. MLI offers specialized services, such as transport, renovations, maintenance, job contracting, and is an accredited dealer and installer of Concepcion-Carrier air conditioning systems. The company has expanded its client base and taken on new projects involving fire detection services, tower repairs, and maintenance of high-risk facilities.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pasig for a Sales & Proposal Manager. The Sales & Proposal Manager will be responsible for preparing proposals, managing sales processes, identifying and developing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and responding to requests for proposals (RFPs). Daily tasks will involve coordination with various departments, presenting proposals to clients, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring all documentation meets high-quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proposal preparation and management, and RFP response skills
  • Experience in client relationship development and sales process management
  • Market analysis and trend identification skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Experience in the logistics, construction, or related industry is a plus
