SALES ASSISTANT:

Job responsibilities:

Support the Sales Team in day-to-day operations, including preparing quotations, proposals, and product presentations for packaging materials and solutions.Coordinate with clients to handle inquiries, provide product information (cartons, plastics, labels, sustainable packaging, etc.), and follow up on orders.Process sales documents such as purchase orders, contracts, and delivery schedules.Maintain and update customer records in the sales database/CRM to track leads, opportunities, and transactions.Assist in market research by gathering information on competitors, pricing trends, and new packaging technologies.Prepare sales reports (weekly/monthly) for management review, highlighting sales performance and pipeline status.Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery of packaging products.Handle sample requests by arranging product samples and ensuring clients receive them promptly.Provide after-sales support by addressing client concerns, complaints, or feedback.Support in trade shows, client visits, and product demonstrations to showcase packaging innovations and solutions.Monitor inventory levels of fast-moving packaging items and coordinate replenishment.

Qualifictions:

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging solutions industry or related field.Established network within target industries (e.g., restaurants, cafe)Excellent communication skills with a client-centric approach and the ability to present tailored proposals confidently.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, organized, and adaptable with a strong focus on results.Ability to analyze market data and use insights to adjust sales strategies.
