About The Roles:

In these roles, you will be responsible for developing tailored and compliant proposal content while managing the full bid lifecycle from opportunity review to submission. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, accuracy, and persuasiveness in proposals, maintain reusable content libraries, and drive productivity initiatives including the use of AI tools. Alongside content development, you will coordinate inputs, ensure compliance with submission requirements, maintain organized bid documentation, and support governance processes such as executive approvals and win/loss analysis to strengthen future submissions.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal Specialist:

  • Create tailored proposal content that aligns with customer needs, compliance standards, and corporate messaging.
  • Edit, refine, and format content to ensure clarity, persuasiveness, and professional presentation.
  • Maintain and update reusable content libraries to streamline proposal creation.
  • Support bid productivity initiatives, including trials and adoption of AI tools.
  • Provide coverage for Senior Bid Coordinator duties during absence periods to ensure business continuity.

Senior Bid Specialist:

  • Manage and coordinate the full bid lifecycle from opportunity review through submission.
  • Gather and consolidate inputs from cross-functional teams to produce timely and compliant bids.
  • Ensure adherence to all submission requirements, including legal, financial, and technical compliance.
  • Maintain organized bid documentation and drive post-submission activities such as win/loss analysis.
  • Facilitate the Deal Forum process, supporting executive approvals for large opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in
    proposal writing, bid coordination, or related functions
    .
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to accuracy and persuasiveness.
  • Solid understanding of bid and proposal lifecycles, including compliance requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with
    AI tools
    for productivity improvement in bid/proposal management.
