Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finished Goods Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory management, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of warehouse systems, and the ability to collaborate with management on operational efficiency and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse and finished goods operations, including receiving, storage, fulfillment, and dispatch.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory management systems and accuracy of records.
  • Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth flow of goods.
  • Conduct periodic inventory checks and reconciliations.
  • Maintain proper documentation and reports on stock levels, movements, and variances.
  • Co-develop and implement continuous improvement programs and special projects with the immediate head.
  • Enforce safety, security, and housekeeping standards in the warehouse.
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, fulfillment, and inventory management systems.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement tools and practices (e.g., Lean, Kaizen) is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
