Dispatching & Logistics Supervisor

· Supervise the day to day operations of the department.

· Prepare daily feed delivery schedule.

· Assigning of trucks for delivery.

· Prepare and issue delivery documents.

· Encode and update finished feeds delivery report and other related

reports.

· Conduct daily feeds inventory turned over by production.

· Coordinate with farm representative for IBC and other department

coordinators.

· Monitor the driver to ensure the delivery meet the required standard.

· Provide trucks to other department as requested.

· Ensure that all incidences are documented.

· Report immediately to superior when situation is beyond the control.

· Ensure the policies and procedures are implemented properly to

achieve established objectives.

· Orient, coach and motivates new operator, drivers, guards and loaders.

· Submit monthly delivery and retrieval report.

· Submit weekly delivery reports (old reports) for S.A.P. use.

· Prepare Weekly Progress Report (WPR).

· Submit Requisition Slip (RS), MIGO 101, MIGO 262, for S.A.P. use.

· Able to supervise and monitor duties of classifier.

· Can communicate with other departments as needed.

· Receive raw materials accordingly.

· Provide raw materials as requested by Production Department.

· Prepare and place raw materials request for Purchasing Department.

· Ensure raw materials are free from contamination and infestation.

· Prepare and update daily raw materials inventory reports on time.

· Provide raw materials inventory reports to Accounting Department on time

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Education : Must be a graduate of any 4 years Business related course.

Experience : With or without experience.

Special Skills      : Must be a computer literate. People Management Skills

Industrious &Trustworthy.
