If so, we'd love to hear from you We're currently looking for our next Employee Lifecycle Experience (ELE) Specialist to join our dynamic P&C (People & Culture) GBS Manila team.

Rise to the Challenge

As an ELE Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for employees reaching out to GBS for P&C-related queries. You'll serve as a subject matter expert for all P&C services in your assigned market(s), collaborate closely with local P&C teams and management, and support compensation and benefits (C&B) activities. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact while working in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

What Your Day Looks Like

  • Respond to employee inquiries with complete, accurate, and timely information, aligned with global and local guidelines and P&C KPIs
  • Maintain and audit SAP SuccessFactors (system) in compliance with internal controls, audit procedures, and operational policies
  • Support the Compensation team during global cycles such as Incentives, Merit, and Salary Surveys
  • Prepare high-quality reports, calculations, and simulations to support local compensation and benefits programs
  • Coordinate and execute complex mass changes, including org structure analysis, file preparation, and stakeholder follow-up
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support knowledge retention by onboarding and training P&C (HR) Generalists and regularly updating work instructions

Who We're Looking For

  • A bachelor's degree holder
  • Fluent in Japanese and English
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SFEC) or similar HR systems is a plus
  • A team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering great employee experiences

Work Schedule and Location

  • Generally Mondays to Fridays on a hybrid work arrangement, with a minimum of 3 days on-site.
  • Based in 8 Rockwell, Makati Head Office.
