Job Summary
The
Employee Engagement and Culture Coordinator
is a dynamic role responsible for designing, executing, and promoting internal initiatives that foster a positive, values-driven workplace. This position serves as a primary link for internal communication, manages the full lifecycle of company events , and develops programs for employee recognition and holistic well-being. A strong commitment to community and moral leadership is essential for ensuring all programs are aligned with the company's core values.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Wellness and Recognition
- Designs, develops, and executes comprehensive wellness initiatives (physical, mental, financial) that are directly aligned with the company's established core values and strategic goals.
- Develops, implements, and maintains effective rewards and recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements and reinforce desired behaviors.
2. Internal Communications
- Creates, edits, and distributes compelling internal communications across various channels (email, intranet, newsletters, etc.) covering company news, event announcements, policy updates, and culture stories.
- Ensures consistent messaging and tone of voice that reflects the company's commitment to its values.
3. Event Planning and Management
- Serves as the lead coordinator for all company events
, demonstrating high proficiency in handling and coordinating events from initial planning and budgeting through to successful execution and post-event analysis. - Manists the comprehensive logistics and detailed preparations for both pre- and post-event activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of every function.
4. Culture and Values Alignment
- Actively promotes and embeds the company's core values and culture in all engagement and communication activities.
- Demonstrates commitment to strong community involvement and moral leadership
through active participation in church or equivalent community-based organizations.
