We are looking for a CRM Specialist who will play a key role in managing customer retention, lifecycle marketing, and high-volume communication campaigns. If you have a passion for data-driven marketing and experience handling CRM tools in fast-paced industries, we want you on our team.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing
  • Experience in gaming, e-commerce, or fintech industries (preferred)
  • Proven hands-on experience running high-volume SMS campaigns and conducting A/B tests
  • Deep understanding of segmentation, player lifecycle triggers, and retention journeys
  • Background working with telco dashboards, SMS platforms, or CRM tools
  • Familiarity with omnichannel communication, including SMS, Viber, email, and push notifications
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with performance tracking and reporting
  • Willing to work onsite in Timog, Quezon City
