CRM Specialist

We are looking for a CRM Specialist who will play a key role in managing customer retention, lifecycle marketing, and high-volume communication campaigns. If you have a passion for data-driven marketing and experience handling CRM tools in fast-paced industries, we want you on our team.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing
- Experience in gaming, e-commerce, or fintech industries (preferred)
- Proven hands-on experience running high-volume SMS campaigns and conducting A/B tests
- Deep understanding of segmentation, player lifecycle triggers, and retention journeys
- Background working with telco dashboards, SMS platforms, or CRM tools
- Familiarity with omnichannel communication, including SMS, Viber, email, and push notifications
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with performance tracking and reporting
- Willing to work onsite in Timog, Quezon City
