We are seeking a
Recruitment Manager
to lead global hiring operations across North America and APAC. This role suits a results-driven talent leader passionate about building strategies, optimizing processes, and developing high-performing teams.
You will oversee end-to-end recruitment — from workforce planning to onboarding — while managing a team of recruiters and HR professionals. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, analytical, and business partnership skills to align hiring goals with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and mentor recruiters and HR specialists to meet global hiring targets.
- Partner with senior leaders to design recruitment strategies across corporate, legal, operations, and support roles.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Recruitment Operations
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring compliance with company and regional labor standards.
- Track and analyze key hiring metrics to drive performance and results.
Process Optimization & Analytics
- Streamline workflows through system improvements and technology integration.
- Deliver data-driven insights and reports to guide strategic decisions.
Talent Development & Collaboration
- Coach and develop recruitment teams to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Collaborate with HR and Operations on onboarding and workforce planning.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent globally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including 3–5 years in leadership
- Proven success in managing recruitment within legal, BPO, or professional services
- Strong knowledge of global hiring, especially in the U.S., Mexico, and the Philippines
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, BambooHR, and Google Workspace
- Data-driven with strong analytical and performance management skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder, and cross-cultural leadership abilities
- Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
