Recruitment Consultant - Hybrid, based in BGC

Job Summary:

As a Recruitment Consultant you will will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering our recruitment processes for our PH clients. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent across various technology functions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role requires a fast paced mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a focus on output.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet organizational hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on job specifications and market trends.

Candidate Sourcing:

  • To identify and engage potential candidates, utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Management:

  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to ensure a good fit for the candidate and the organization.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Recruitment Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet organizational hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on job specifications and market trends.

Key Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, with a
    proven track record of success in a vendor/agency environment
  • Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes within niche technologies
  • Experience in recruiting for tech within PH

Skills:

  • Impeccable verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong candidate management and closing skills
