Access Healthcare is looking for Recruiters to join our team for a 3-month project-based role. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the timely acquisition of top talent for various roles. This is a fully remote position that requires a high level of autonomy and expertise in healthcare recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for healthcare-related roles.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database, ensuring accurate tracking of candidate progress.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on market trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or BPO industry.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals (e.g., medical coders, RNs, healthcare billing specialists).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools and platforms.
