A Recruitment Supervisor leads a team to manage the hiring process, from strategy development and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding, to ensure the company attracts and hires top talent efficiently and compliantly. Key responsibilities include supervising a team, creating effective recruitment strategies, overseeing job postings and candidate outreach, coordinating with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and monitoring recruitment metrics against organizational goals. Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and coach the recruitment team to develop and implement successful hiring strategies.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement creative and proactive strategies to attract suitable candidates and meet business needs.
- Candidate Sourcing: Oversee the posting of job advertisements, utilizing various methods like job boards, employee referrals, and external recruitment agencies to attract qualified applicants.
- Candidate Evaluation & Selection: Conduct and oversee candidate interviews, assessments, and background checks, and collaborate with hiring managers to make final hiring decisions.
- Onboarding: Ensure a seamless and effective onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation and necessary paperwork.
- Metrics & Reporting: Monitor, evaluate, and report on recruitment activities and key metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, to assess the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities and practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, agencies, and other external partners to expand the candidate pool.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in recruitment and team management is essential.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, best practices, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills are required.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail is necessary for managing the complexities of the hiring process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
