Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry, with strong exposure to HR Generalist functions, onboarding processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in employee relations, competency-based interviewing, and supporting training and development initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HR certifications (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Basic familiarity with digital HR tools and analytics is desirable.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures tailored to the BPO environment.
  • Support the management and coordination of annual performance appraisal cycles, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals in a high-volume, fast-moving setting.
  • Help develop and maintain HR programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement, retention, and performance specific to BPO operations.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and other HR team members to maintain focus on employee culture and HR metrics relevant to the BPO sector.
  • Provide guidance and support to line managers and employees on HR matters, addressing the unique challenges faced by BPO teams.
  • Collect and analyze HR data related to employee performance, retention, and engagement to identify opportunities for improvement within the BPO context.
  • Assist in facilitating training sessions and development programs that address the skills and needs typical in the BPO industry.
