Our Client is a foreign profitable consumer tech & internet group with a strong presence across Southeast Asia and beyond. As part of a larger technology conglomerate, they have transformed the way people shop, pay, and interact by offering accessible, scalable, and locally attuned digital services.

As part of an upcoming leadership transition, our Client is seeking a HR Leader to head its People function in the Philippines. This executive will report directly to the Country General Manager and will be a member of the country management team. With a local HR team of 50+ staff and the support of regional counterparts, this is a key role to ensure best-in-class people practices are localized and executed effectively.

The Leader will be accountable for end-to-end human capital management covering HR business partnering, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and industrial relations. This is a critical role in shaping the company's next chapter in the Philippines, focusing not just on operational delivery but on elevating the strategic capabilities of the people team.

  • 10–15+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior country HR leadership role in a high-growth environment
  • Track record in team leadership (e.g., across multiple HR functions) and stakeholder management across business and regional HQs
  • Familiarity with the Philippine talent landscape and labor regulations
  • Capability in strategic HR transformation, with hands-on experience in scaling HR operations and building proactive HRBP and TA teams
  • Conversational Tagalog will be helpful for day-to-day interactions
