About the role

FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION (FORMERLY SANKO FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION' is seeking a Logistics BPO agent to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing excellent customer service to clients through inbound and outbound calls
  2. Handling inquiries, complaints, and requests related to logistics and shipping services
  3. Assisting customers with order processing, tracking, and problem resolution
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to provide a consistent customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  3. Proficiency in customer service or call centre operations, with a focus on logistics or shipping experience
  4. Familiarity with data entry and record-keeping procedures
  5. Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Willingness to learn and continuously improve
