Job Overview

The Offline Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring offline marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, support branch sales, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of offline marketing channels and a proven ability to develop and implement effective campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute offline marketing campaigns across various channels such as print, radio, OOH, events, and sponsorships.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and effective marketing channels.
  • Manage relationships with media vendors and agencies to negotiate rates and placements.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with branch managers to understand their specific needs and support their sales goals.
  • Conduct regular branch visits to assess marketing effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage the offline marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in offline marketing.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in offline marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution.
  • Deep understanding of various offline marketing channels, including print, radio, OOH, events, and sponsorships.
